SOUTH EAST FOOTBALL OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION
High School Football
South East Football Officials Association provides football officials for high school programs throughout Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa counties.
Officials work under FHSAA guidelines and receive ongoing rules education, mechanics training, and game preparation throughout the season.
Youth Football
South East Football Officials Association handles youth league football throughout Escambia County, providing trained officials for games played at local parks and youth programs.

PREPARED BEFORE THE FIRST WHISTLE
Strong officiating starts long before game day. Football officials participate in ongoing meetings and training focused on rules knowledge, mechanics, positioning, communication, and game management.
Whether you’re new to officiating or returning for another season, training is designed to keep officials prepared, consistent, and confident on the field.
RULES EDUCATION

FIELD MECHANICS
Learn proper positioning, movement, responsibilities, and crew mechanics.

SEFOA welcomes new officials who want to learn the game from a different perspective, develop their skills, and become part of the local football community.
New officials receive access to training, meetings, resources, and support as they work toward getting on the field.
